On Saturday, October 22, 2022, Chef Michel Nischan will "reawaken" his restaurant The Dressing Room and partner with Madison Beach Hotel's culinary team to present dinner and stories with an exclusive five course event featuring dinner, wine pairings, and storytelling. Chef Nischan has been dubbed the “Godfather” of advocacy in the culinary world, maintaining the longest-standing record fighting for a more sustainable, resilient, and equitable food system through policy change.  For this exclusive epicurean event. The Dressing Room, Fairfield County’s first farm-to-table restaurant, was founded by Chef Nischan and the late actor Paul Newman in 2006.
