Their pantry will include canned goods, frozen fruits and veggies, bread, PB&J, rice, ramen, cereal, and water. If you’d like to donate food items, they’ll gladly take it to help out the community.Not A Phase Cafe in Newington is offering free meals to kids on 11/1 - 11/2. It’s limited to one meal per child and you must be a Newington resident, have your child (children) with you, and you are not required to make another purchase. Meals are chicken tenders, mini pancakes, and grilled cheese, and each comes with tater tots and a juice box. Customers will have the option to purchase a meal that will be donated to children in need as well.
