My current food cravings are: Burmese tea leaf salad, de lengua tacos at Casa Villa.

The only fast food I will eat is: Put me in front of a food cart or street vendor and I'm game for anything.

If I could be any Iron Chef, I would be: If Bobby Flay and Alice Waters had a love child, that would be me. Obsessed with chilis but discerning about her greens.

My favorite restaurant in Fairfield County is: The next one I visit.

My favorite restaurant in the Tri-State area is: Community Table in Washington, CT.

Restaurant dish I wish I could make at home: Casa Villa's chilies en nogada.

My go-to dinner party entrée is:  I rarely make the same thing twice and am always experimenting on my guests. Sometimes with disastrous results. Thank goodness for takeout.

When I’m not eating, I’m….Can't sit still. Running, cycling, riding my Ducati or walking my greyhounds.

Prepared food I have let people think was home-made…Dolmas. But then I cracked and admitted I just didn't have the time. But for the record, the hummus, falafel and kibbeh were all me.

I’d rather pick (pumpkins, apples, strawberries): Truffle hunting.

The last [food] book I enjoyed was: My Life in France by Julia Child

My favorite movie of all time is: Talk to Her

My favorite food related movie of all time is: How about food shows. LOVE Anthony Bourdain.
